There are still artists who were born to make music. The live and breathe it and always have. They are legitimately making music because that is who they are and what they do.
Matt Cox is cut from this cloth. Raised in Ithaca, NY, Cox has been exploring music since 1987. Throwing himself in, head first, to any genre that captured his fancy, Cox has delved into the entirety of musical history to find his own sound. The blend of styles and influences are anchored by Matt's impressive songwriting abilities, giving the tracks signature timelessness.
